Likewise, the registered individuals have other rights according to the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation, such as the right to restrict processing of personal data in certain situations. Requests must be sent in writing to the data controller. The data controller may request the requester to prove their identity if necessary. The data controller responds to the customer within the time set in the EU data protection regulation (usually within one month).
