NEW CREATION PREMIERING IN APRIL 2025
Susanna Leinonen Company presents the world premiere of new performance Just life, no less in Cultural centre Stoa.
Tatiana Urteva’s new work Just life, no less brings out life in all its jaggedness – full of mistakes, coincidences and surprises. The work plays with the small moments of everyday life and reminds us that life doesn’t always need big plans or meanings to be valuable.
The movement of the work brings out humor and playfulness, glimpses of moments of laughter and chance encounters that make life unique.
Just life, no less invites you to throw yourself into the flow of life without the constant need for control and to find joy in small, simple moments.
The work is part of the City of Helsinki’s promotion of cultural activities for elderly and is the fourth dance work by elderly people produced during the project.
For over 20 years, Susanna Leinonen Company has been an active incubator of new directions in the field of Contemporary Dance. Through ongoing presentations on the local, national, and international stage, SLC invests deeply in the creative practices of visionary national and international artists, realizing projects through a commitment to artist-led process.
