How do I pay with a Tixly gift card?
You can use the gift card to pay for tickets to performances sold through Susanna Leinonen Company’s own ticketing system powered by Tixly.
You may choose the value of the gift card freely. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
The gift card is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase and can be used in our online store.
How do I use a Tixly gift card when paying?
- After selecting the tickets you want in our online store and proceeding to the “Customer” step, you can choose Gift Card as the payment method.
- At this stage, the system will ask you to enter the gift card number and PIN code.
- The amount will then be deducted from your gift card.
- If the total price of the tickets is higher than the value on your gift card, you will need to pay the remaining amount with a credit card.
- If the total is lower than the value of the gift card, the remaining balance will stay on the gift card for future use.
