Contemporary dance lessons for the elderly

Susanna Leinonen Company gives free contemporary dance classes for elderly (65+) people living in Helsinki. Classes run from September 2024 until May 2025.

Contemporary dance is a body- and mind-friendly way to develop balance and range of movements. The classes are free of charge and participation in classes does not require any previous dance background. Welcome to enjoy dance in an encouraging and relaxed atmosphere.

For classes you need casual clothes that are comfortable to move in and a water bottle. We recommend dancing with socks or bare feet.
