Repertoire Workshop

The workshop is aimed for advanced students, aspiring professionals and professional dancers.
In the workshop, fractions from Leinonen’s various works will be practiced. The course focuses on finding an ergonomic way to use muscle strength through a strong center and precise coordination. The movement language technique of the workshop is based on combining classical ballet and contemporary techniques. Leinonen is characterized by physical and detailed movement reaching to the extreme, strong articulation of the soles of the feet and fluctuations in movement dynamics.
Content: 1 h warm-up/technique, 1,5 h repertoire
